As we manage our business through these rapidly changing and challenging times, we aim to balance many things.

GOOD NEWS – OC Design Service during the COVID-19 crisis

During recent weeks our operations have focused on providing our garden design and project proposal service to new and existing clients. This service allowed us to to plan your new project and continue to work on existing projects but not compromise anyones’ safety.

LATEST GOOD NEWS – OC resume Garden Implementation Service

Our priority has been to protect the health, wellbeing and safety of our customers and our employees, and of course the critical need to support the nationwide response to the Covid-19 crisis.

We made the decision that from the 27th March we would temporarily close  on-site project implementation work until further notice. It was our view that this was the responsible thing to do. 

As of the 04th May having ensured suitable on site safety precautions are now in place, and following the return to work of many companies in our supply chain, we have, with our customers agreement, decided to resume on-site work. We will of course continue to monitor the impact of the crisis on our ability to work safely and will review our decision if developments and further government advice suggest this will be beneficial to support the nationwide response to the Covid-19 crisis.
